Villar Land Holdings, Corp. (VLC), formerly Golden MV Holdings, Inc. (HVN), was incorporated on November 16, 1982 and is mainly engaged in the development and sale of memorial lots across various parts of the Philippines. The Company likewise develops, constructs, and operates columbarium facilities. On April 15, 2025, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the change in the Company's corporate name to its present one.
In line with its growth strategy, VLC acquired Althorp Land Holdings, Inc., Chalgrove Properties, Inc., and Los Valores Corporation in 2024, which collectively own 366 hectares of prime land within Villar City.
Building on its core operations, the Company's deathcare business operates under the "Golden Haven" brand and currently has more than 30 developments nationwide. VLC also has eight columbarium facilities with a total of 33,172 vaults across the country, including the 20,000-vault columbarium located beneath the Sanctuario de San Ezekiel Moreno, a chapel constructed by the Company along C5 Road, Pulang Lupa, Las Piñas. Additionally, it has introduced pet crematorium projects in Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, and Las Piñas, and also offers memorial chapel services in Las Piñas.
For its residential development business, VLC operates through its subsidiary, Bria Homes, Inc. As of 2024, Bria has more than 50 projects in top municipalities across the country.

PSEye has no cash dividend on record for VLC in roughly the last two years. That is a statement about the corporate actions published on PSE Edge over that window, not a guarantee the company has never paid or will not pay one.
In its latest annual filing (fiscal year ended Dec 31, 2024), VLC's revenue fell 24.8% and net income grew 0.5% versus the prior fiscal year. That's one year-over-year comparison, not a multi-year trend, so check the Balance sheet & income statement panel above for the full figures before drawing a conclusion.
PSEye doesn't rate stocks as good or bad buys. What this page can tell you is factual: where VLC ranks by market cap (#10 of 282 on the exchange), its price history, valuation ratios, dividend record and recent company disclosures, all shown above. Whether that adds up to a good stock depends on your own criteria, and is worth researching beyond any single page, including this one.
PSEye is a data tracker, not a financial advisor, so it can't tell you whether to invest in VLC or any other stock. The price, valuation, dividend and disclosure data on this page is meant to help you do your own research. Consider your own goals, risk tolerance and time horizon, and consult a licensed financial advisor before making an investment decision. If you're weighing a fixed, regular investment instead of a single lump sum, PSEye's DCA calculator shows how that strategy would have performed historically.
To buy VLC shares, open an account with a PSE-accredited stockbroker (most Philippine banks and several standalone brokers offer online trading accounts), fund it, and place a buy order using the ticker symbol VLC. A completed trade typically settles two trading days later (T+2). PSEye doesn't process trades or recommend a specific broker.
