Three new pages about the index, and a site that keeps itself honest

New: PSEi Today, answering what the index did this session, how many of the 282 tracked stocks moved with it, which sectors led, and whether a move that size is unusual. It does not guess at why the market moved, and says so.
New: Returns by Year, with year-by-year performance since 2020, the compound annual return, the best and worst years, and how far the market sits below its high over that period.
New: What is the PSEi, listing the 30 companies in the index right now with today's move, how it is weighted, and how rebalancing works.
Trading holidays now carry on past the end of the year. The list was transcribed one presidential proclamation at a time and stopped dead each 31 December, after which the site would have called the market open on Christmas Day. The dates fixed by law, Holy Week and National Heroes Day are worked out from the rules instead, labelled as computed rather than presented as proclaimed. Eid'l Fitr, Eid'l Adha and Chinese New Year still need the proclamation, and the page says so.
The last updated line in the footer now tells you when data has stopped arriving. While the market read as open it used to show a bare time with no date, so a reading from months ago looked like this afternoon. It names the day whenever the figures are not from the current session, and says plainly that nothing has updated once they are more than six days old.
Fixed the market map's "PSEi" filter, which had been showing the wrong companies. Seven of the 30 were out of date, including one that left the index in August and one that had delisted entirely.
Navigation: the Research menu is now "The Index", gathering the pages about the market as a whole. Analytics moved to Tools, Clusters to Stocks, Regime to Learn.
Glossary: added Index Rebalancing, Market Breadth and Bear Market, and expanded the PSEi entry.
Investing strategies in the glossary, and a dividend strategy guide

New: Seasonality, showing which calendar months the PSE has actually risen and fallen in over the last five years, how many stocks rose in each, the pattern by sector, and every stock's best and worst month. Five years is only four or five observations per month, and the page says so next to every figure rather than in a footnote.
Glossary expanded from 49 terms to 81 and reorganized into 7 browsable sections: Trading basics, Investing strategies, Dividends & corporate actions, Company financials & valuation, Portfolio & tracking, Market activity & signals, and Risk & statistics.
New Investing strategies section covering dividend investing, dividend growth, dividend reinvestment, dividend capture, value, growth, momentum, contrarian, buy and hold, index investing, blue chips, sector rotation, rebalancing, position sizing, stop losses, price targets, total return, compounding, averaging down, time horizon, and risk tolerance. Each one names the PSEye page carrying the figures it runs on, and none of them tells you what to do.
New dividend terms: record date, payment date, cash/stock/property dividends, rights offers, follow-on offers, stock splits, payout ratio, yield on cost, and dividend traps.
Dividends page: a dividend strategy guide in the questions section, covering how to build a dividend portfolio, why a very high yield is often a warning, payout ratios, high yield vs. dividend growth, reinvesting, whether dividend capture works (the arithmetic says no), and how much you would need invested to live off PSE dividends.
Explorer, Movers, Calendar and the DCA calculator gained strategy questions too, each linked to the full definition.
Fixed Movers showing closing prices from April 2025, with the 1-year and 2-year returns blank. A row limit meant to protect a different page was quietly keeping only the oldest prices it fetched.
Market map: the Nasdaq 100 filter now only appears when there are real US prices to show, and any stock without one is left out rather than drawn with a placeholder. Three of the hundred had been showing invented prices.
Fixed today's Daily Recap failing to load. Yesterday's change to speed up older recaps broke the current day's page, which returned an error for every visitor for two days. Past dates were unaffected.
Fixed the page jumping around as it loaded on phones. The market map used to paint all 282 companies as unreadable slivers and then replace the whole board with the PSEi 30, and the portfolio pushed the transaction form down a full screen once your holdings loaded. Both now land in the right place on the first paint.

Frequently asked questions sections added to 18 more pages: Dividends, Calendar, Explorer, Movers, Most Active, Block Sales, Foreign Flow, Disclosures, Sectors, All Stocks, Preferred Dividends, DCA, Compare, Charts, Analytics, Market Stats, Regime, and Clusters. Each answers what the page's figures actually mean, where the data comes from, and what it can't tell you.
Portfolio: a new Portfolio Shape hexagon scoring your holdings on diversification, sector spread, income, stability, value, and momentum. Every axis is ranked against the real PSE distribution and prints the actual figure behind it, and an axis PSEye can't fill is left blank rather than scored zero.
Portfolio: your holdings now draw as a treemap, sized by what each position is worth and coloured by how it's done. Switch between grouping by holding or by sector, and colouring by your total return or today's move.
Portfolio: Share as image renders a card of your shape and top holdings that you can post. Peso amounts are left off by default and only included if you tick the box, and practice portfolios are watermarked.
Portfolio: the add-transaction form now sits front and centre when you have nothing logged yet, instead of a button pointing at the sidebar. Plainer labels, a running total as you type, and the broker fee tucked behind an optional link.
Portfolio: bigger, less cramped type across every panel, a clearer headline with total and today's return side by side, and a redesigned first-run page that previews what you'll get.
Portfolio: your return vs. the market now states the gap in percentage points instead of only drawing it, upcoming dividends show the payment date, and the dividend table shows what the next payout is actually worth.
Portfolio: a Frequently asked questions section answering how to track a PSE portfolio, how average cost and cost basis are worked out, the difference between realized and unrealized gain, and what happens to your data (nothing leaves your browser).
Glossary: new entries for Diversification and Paper Trading, and Beta, Correlation and Dividend Yield now point at the portfolio tracker as well.
Getting Started: the Your First Trade chapter now covers recording a trade after it fills, so your cost basis and gain/loss stay right across several purchases.

Movers: every tracked stock ranked by price return over a period from 1 week to 2 years, not just by size.
Preferred Share Dividends: a payout history for preferred series like GTPPB and BDOPM, listed separately from common-share dividends.
News → Latest: an uncapped, purely chronological feed of every headline PSEye tracks.
Stock pages: a Dividend History panel with year-over-year growth, and a Foreign Flow stat when a stock is in the day's top 10 foreign buying or selling.
Market Map: a "My Portfolio" filter to see just the stocks you hold.
Screener: EPS, Book Value, and Float % columns alongside P/E and P/B.
Fixed a bug where trailing-12-month dividend totals and yield could read ₱0.00 or be missing entirely for stocks that paid a dividend more than a month ago.
