Uniholdings Inc. (UNH), formerly known as Chemical Industries of the Philippines, Inc., was incorporated on January 6, 1959. The Company and its subsidiaries are primarily engaged in the manufacture, sale and distribution of industrial chemicals and leasing of office space to related and outside parties.
UNH has two business segments: chemicals and leasing. The chemicals segment manufactures and trades chemical products for water and sewage treatment and inorganic coagulants for the paper industry. The Company ceased operations of this segment since the cessation of operations of CAWC Inc., Chemphil Manufacturing Corp., and Kemwater Phil. Corp.
UNH had another subsidiary, LMG Chemicals Corporation (LMG), engaged in trading of chemical products until LMG ceased its trading operations in 2014. In December 2017, UNH sold its entire 65.92% shareholding in LMG.

PSEye has no cash dividend on record for UNH in roughly the last two years. That is a statement about the corporate actions published on PSE Edge over that window, not a guarantee the company has never paid or will not pay one.
PSEye doesn't rate stocks as good or bad buys. What this page can tell you is factual: where UNH ranks by market cap (#114 of 282 on the exchange), its price history, valuation ratios, dividend record and recent company disclosures, all shown above. Whether that adds up to a good stock depends on your own criteria, and is worth researching beyond any single page, including this one.
PSEye is a data tracker, not a financial advisor, so it can't tell you whether to invest in UNH or any other stock. The price, valuation, dividend and disclosure data on this page is meant to help you do your own research. Consider your own goals, risk tolerance and time horizon, and consult a licensed financial advisor before making an investment decision. If you're weighing a fixed, regular investment instead of a single lump sum, PSEye's DCA calculator shows how that strategy would have performed historically.
To buy UNH shares, open an account with a PSE-accredited stockbroker (most Philippine banks and several standalone brokers offer online trading accounts), fund it, and place a buy order using the ticker symbol UNH. A completed trade typically settles two trading days later (T+2). PSEye doesn't process trades or recommend a specific broker.
