Supercity Realty Development Corporation (SRDC) was incorporated on June 9, 2000 to engage in the business of construction, and related services and activities. SRDC is authorized to act as a contractor or subcontractor for the construction of houses, buildings, roads, bridges and other construction projects for the private sector or the government anywhere in the Philippines.
Since the start of its commercial operations in October 2000, SRDC completed a number of land development and housing projects. The Company focuses on the construction of horizontal residential house and land development works for residential subdivisions. At present, the Company is focused on real estate developers that cater to the mass-, low-cost and middle-scale housing markets.
SRDC's major completed and ongoing projects are located in the following project sites: Mabuhay City Subdivision in Cabuyao, Laguna; Jubilation New Biñan Subdivision in Biñan, Laguna; Eastwood Greenview Subdivision in San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal; Eastwind Homes also in San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal; Celebrity Place Walk-up Condominium in Quezon City; Centella Homes Subdivision in San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal; and Terraverde Residences in Carmona, Cavite.
In February 2008, the Board of SRDC decided to wind down the Company's construction business and re-focus its activities into real estate development. However, as of December 31, 2023, SRDC has not yet started any real development projects and thus the Company is still continuously engaged in the business of construction.

PSEye has no cash dividend on record for SRDC in roughly the last two years. That is a statement about the corporate actions published on PSE Edge over that window, not a guarantee the company has never paid or will not pay one.
In its latest annual filing (fiscal year ended Dec 31, 2025), SRDC's revenue grew 159.1% versus the prior fiscal year. That's one year-over-year comparison, not a multi-year trend, so check the Balance sheet & income statement panel above for the full figures before drawing a conclusion.
PSEye doesn't rate stocks as good or bad buys. What this page can tell you is factual: where SRDC ranks by market cap (#211 of 282 on the exchange), its price history, valuation ratios, dividend record and recent company disclosures, all shown above. Whether that adds up to a good stock depends on your own criteria, and is worth researching beyond any single page, including this one.
PSEye is a data tracker, not a financial advisor, so it can't tell you whether to invest in SRDC or any other stock. The price, valuation, dividend and disclosure data on this page is meant to help you do your own research. Consider your own goals, risk tolerance and time horizon, and consult a licensed financial advisor before making an investment decision. If you're weighing a fixed, regular investment instead of a single lump sum, PSEye's DCA calculator shows how that strategy would have performed historically.
To buy SRDC shares, open an account with a PSE-accredited stockbroker (most Philippine banks and several standalone brokers offer online trading accounts), fund it, and place a buy order using the ticker symbol SRDC. A completed trade typically settles two trading days later (T+2). PSEye doesn't process trades or recommend a specific broker.
