Philippine Realty and Holdings Corporation (RLT) was incorporated on July 13, 1981. The principal activities of RLT include the acquisition, development, sale and lease of all kinds of real estate and personal properties, and as an investment and holding company.
On February 9, 2016, the SEC approved the Company's quasi-reorganization reducing the par value of its shares and the additional paid in capital arising from the reduction of the par value will be subsequently applied to the Company's accumulated deficit. On January 4, 2017, the Regional Trail Court Branch 93 of Quezon City issued a Certificate of Finality to certify that the order issued dated March 18, 2014 has become final and executory.
RLT's subsidiaries consist of PRHC Property Managers, Inc., Tektite Insurance Brokers, Inc., Universal Travel Corporation, Sultan Power Inc., and Three Corners Realty Corporation. These subsidiaries are engaged in various businesses such as property management, insurance brokerage, travel services, and sale and leasing of managed buildings and real estate.
RLT developed projects such as The Alexandra, Tektite Towers, The Alexis, La Isla Condominium, Casa Miguel, One Balete Compound, The Icon Residences, The Icon Plaza, and El Retiro.

RLT's annualized volatility over the past year is 78.4%, which PSEye classifies as very high against other PSE-listed stocks. Higher volatility means bigger day-to-day price swings in either direction, not necessarily a worse outcome. See the Analytics panel above for the full risk profile.
PSEye has no cash dividend on record for RLT in roughly the last two years. That is a statement about the corporate actions published on PSE Edge over that window, not a guarantee the company has never paid or will not pay one.
In its latest annual filing (fiscal year ended Dec 31, 2025), RLT's revenue fell 17.2% versus the prior fiscal year. That's one year-over-year comparison, not a multi-year trend, so check the Balance sheet & income statement panel above for the full figures before drawing a conclusion.
PSEye doesn't rate stocks as good or bad buys. What this page can tell you is factual: where RLT ranks by market cap (#217 of 282 on the exchange), its price history, valuation ratios, dividend record and recent company disclosures, all shown above. Whether that adds up to a good stock depends on your own criteria, and is worth researching beyond any single page, including this one.
PSEye is a data tracker, not a financial advisor, so it can't tell you whether to invest in RLT or any other stock. The price, valuation, dividend and disclosure data on this page is meant to help you do your own research. Consider your own goals, risk tolerance and time horizon, and consult a licensed financial advisor before making an investment decision. If you're weighing a fixed, regular investment instead of a single lump sum, PSEye's DCA calculator shows how that strategy would have performed historically.
To buy RLT shares, open an account with a PSE-accredited stockbroker (most Philippine banks and several standalone brokers offer online trading accounts), fund it, and place a buy order using the ticker symbol RLT. A completed trade typically settles two trading days later (T+2). PSEye doesn't process trades or recommend a specific broker.
