Jackstones, Inc. (JAS), formerly NextStage, Inc. (NXT), was originally incorporated on April 22, 1964 as Pacific Cement Company, Inc. to engage in the manufacture and trading of cement and related products. In June 2000, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the change in primary purpose of the Company to that of a holding company and changed its corporate name to PACEMCO Holdings, Inc. (PACEMCO). In December 2000, PACEMCO acquired 100% of the capital stock of NXT, and in 2001, the SEC approved the merger of PACEMCO and NXT, with the former as the surviving corporation. Subsequently, the SEC approved the change in name from PACEMCO to NXT.
On April 16, 2014, the SEC approved the Company's change in corporate name to its present name. The Company also moved to change the stock symbol to its current one effective May 13, 2014.
JAS has one wholly-owned subsidiary, Jackstones Properties, Inc., a property developer which owns Michelia Residences located in Marikina City.
Average % return by calendar month, up to 5 yearsof history. Only a few years back each month, so this is descriptive color, not a predictable “month effect.”
Jackstones, Inc. trades on the Philippine Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol JAS.
JAS is listed in the Property sector of the Philippine Stock Exchange, where it ranks #48 of 50 by market capitalization. Across the whole exchange it is #259 of 282, at ₱460.1M.
JAS has traded between ₱1.11 and ₱2.18 over the past 52 weeks.
JAS's annualized volatility over the past year is 197.6%, which PSEye classifies as very high against other PSE-listed stocks. Higher volatility means bigger day-to-day price swings in either direction, not necessarily a worse outcome. See the Analytics panel above for the full risk profile.
PSEye has no cash dividend on record for JAS in roughly the last two years. That is a statement about the corporate actions published on PSE Edge over that window, not a guarantee the company has never paid or will not pay one.
In its latest annual filing (fiscal year ended Dec 31, 2025), JAS's revenue grew 122.8% versus the prior fiscal year. That's one year-over-year comparison, not a multi-year trend, so check the Balance sheet & income statement panel above for the full figures before drawing a conclusion.
PSEye doesn't rate stocks as good or bad buys. What this page can tell you is factual: where JAS ranks by market cap (#259 of 282 on the exchange), its price history, valuation ratios, dividend record and recent company disclosures, all shown above. Whether that adds up to a good stock depends on your own criteria, and is worth researching beyond any single page, including this one.
PSEye is a data tracker, not a financial advisor, so it can't tell you whether to invest in JAS or any other stock. The price, valuation, dividend and disclosure data on this page is meant to help you do your own research. Consider your own goals, risk tolerance and time horizon, and consult a licensed financial advisor before making an investment decision. If you're weighing a fixed, regular investment instead of a single lump sum, PSEye's DCA calculator shows how that strategy would have performed historically.
To buy JAS shares, open an account with a PSE-accredited stockbroker (most Philippine banks and several standalone brokers offer online trading accounts), fund it, and place a buy order using the ticker symbol JAS. A completed trade typically settles two trading days later (T+2). PSEye doesn't process trades or recommend a specific broker.
