PT&T Corp. (PTT) was incorporated on October 16, 1962 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 14, 1962 as a diversified telecommunications entity catering to the corporate, small/medium business and residential segments across the nation.
On June 20, 1964, PTT was granted a 25-year national legislative franchise under Republic Act (RA) No. 4161 to engage in telecommunications activities. An amendment to the franchise was made in 1967 under RA 5048 granting the Company, among others, equal privileges against any competing franchise. PTT is operating under its current legislative franchise, RA 10894, which was issued on July 21, 2016. This allows the Company to operate as a telecommunications company for another 25-year period. Moreover, PTT's corporate life was extended by the Securities and Exchange Commission for another 50 years in November 2012.
PTT listed on January 10, 1990 for the trading of its common shares but requested voluntary suspension of trading effective December 13, 2004.

In its latest annual filing (fiscal year ended Dec 31, 2025), PTT's revenue fell 19.6% and net income grew 198.1% versus the prior fiscal year. That's one year-over-year comparison, not a multi-year trend, so check the Balance sheet & income statement panel above for the full figures before drawing a conclusion.
PSEye doesn't rate stocks as good or bad buys. What this page can tell you is factual: where PTT ranks by market cap (#252 of 282 on the exchange), its price history, valuation ratios, dividend record and recent company disclosures, all shown above. Whether that adds up to a good stock depends on your own criteria, and is worth researching beyond any single page, including this one.
PSEye is a data tracker, not a financial advisor, so it can't tell you whether to invest in PTT or any other stock. The price, valuation, dividend and disclosure data on this page is meant to help you do your own research. Consider your own goals, risk tolerance and time horizon, and consult a licensed financial advisor before making an investment decision. If you're weighing a fixed, regular investment instead of a single lump sum, PSEye's DCA calculator shows how that strategy would have performed historically.
To buy PTT shares, open an account with a PSE-accredited stockbroker (most Philippine banks and several standalone brokers offer online trading accounts), fund it, and place a buy order using the ticker symbol PTT. A completed trade typically settles two trading days later (T+2). PSEye doesn't process trades or recommend a specific broker.
