Forum Pacific, Inc. (FPI), formally known as Cophil Exploration, Inc. was originally incorporated in the Philippines on January 8, 1993 as Air Philippines International Corporation, and in 2000, changed its name to the present one.
FPI's primary purpose is to invest, purchase and acquire assets of any kind and description, with the secondary purpose of engaging in the exploration, development and production of petroleum and related products, as well as other mineral and chemical substances.
FPI used to own 60% of the stockholdings of Forum Coal Cebu Holdings, Inc. (FCCHI), which owned a 60% stake in Forum Cebu Coal Corporation (FCCC), a company holding one coal operating contract in Cebu. On September 23, 2009, FCCHI, together with Forum (FEI) Ltd., entered into a sale and purchase agreement with CR Nichrome, Inc. for the sale of FCCC. FCCHI then decided to liquidate its business by shortening its corporate term until November 30, 2009. Meanwhile, in 2017, the Company invested in Taguig Lake City Development Corporation, a corporation engaged in the real estate industry.

Forum Pacific, Inc. trades on the Philippine Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol FPI.
FPI is listed in the Holding Firms sector of the Philippine Stock Exchange, where it ranks #26 of 31 by market capitalization. Across the whole exchange it is #245 of 282, at ₱579.3M.
FPI has traded between ₱0.23 and ₱0.35 over the past 52 weeks.
FPI's annualized volatility over the past year is 136.6%, which PSEye classifies as very high against other PSE-listed stocks. Higher volatility means bigger day-to-day price swings in either direction, not necessarily a worse outcome. See the Analytics panel above for the full risk profile.
PSEye has no cash dividend on record for FPI in roughly the last two years. That is a statement about the corporate actions published on PSE Edge over that window, not a guarantee the company has never paid or will not pay one.
PSEye doesn't rate stocks as good or bad buys. What this page can tell you is factual: where FPI ranks by market cap (#245 of 282 on the exchange), its price history, valuation ratios, dividend record and recent company disclosures, all shown above. Whether that adds up to a good stock depends on your own criteria, and is worth researching beyond any single page, including this one.
PSEye is a data tracker, not a financial advisor, so it can't tell you whether to invest in FPI or any other stock. The price, valuation, dividend and disclosure data on this page is meant to help you do your own research. Consider your own goals, risk tolerance and time horizon, and consult a licensed financial advisor before making an investment decision. If you're weighing a fixed, regular investment instead of a single lump sum, PSEye's DCA calculator shows how that strategy would have performed historically.
To buy FPI shares, open an account with a PSE-accredited stockbroker (most Philippine banks and several standalone brokers offer online trading accounts), fund it, and place a buy order using the ticker symbol FPI. A completed trade typically settles two trading days later (T+2). PSEye doesn't process trades or recommend a specific broker.
