NiHAO Mineral Resources International, Inc. (NI) was incorporated on July 9, 1975 under the name Summit Minerals, Inc. On December 10, 1993, the Company changed its primary purpose to that of a holding company and on February 24, 1994, changed its corporate name to Magnum Holdings, Inc. On June 28, 2007, the SEC approved the change in corporate name to the present one and the primary purpose to that of a mining company.
As a mining company, NI's primary purpose is to carry on the business of mining, milling, concentrating, converting, smelting, preparing for market, manufacturing, buying, selling, exchanging, and otherwise producing and dealing in gold, silver, copper, lead and all kinds of ores, metal, minerals, and by-products.
As of December 31, 2024, the Company has three mining claims located in the provinces of Zambales, Misamis Oriental, and Masbate. NI's subsidiaries consist of Mina Tierra Gracia, Inc.; Bountiful Geomines, Inc.; Oregalore, Inc.; and Masbate 13 Philippines, Inc.
