Philippine Infradev Holdings Inc. (INFRA), formerly IRC Properties, Inc., was incorporated on February 24, 1975 primarily to engage in the acquisition, reclamation, development or exploration of land, forests, minerals, oil, gas, and other resources. The Company initially ventured into oil exploration activities and drilled two wells in Southern Mindoro and the Sulu Sea areas.
In 2013, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the change in corporate name to IRC Properties, Inc. as well as the change in the primary purpose and declassification of stock. INFRA again moved to change its corporate name to the present one as well as its primary purpose, which the SEC approved on October 30, 2018. The Company's primary purpose was changed from real estate development to that of a holding company engaged in infrastructure and real estate development through its subsidiaries and affiliates.
INFRA has three wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Interport Development Corporation, Makati City Subway, Inc., and Jiangsu Rizal Infradev Co., Ltd.

Philippine Infradev Holdings, Inc. trades on the Philippine Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol INFRA.
INFRA is listed in the Property sector of the Philippine Stock Exchange, where it ranks #34 of 50 by market capitalization. Across the whole exchange it is #181 of 282, at ₱1.9B.

INFRA's annualized volatility over the past year is 66.5%, which PSEye classifies as elevated against other PSE-listed stocks. Higher volatility means bigger day-to-day price swings in either direction, not necessarily a worse outcome. See the Analytics panel above for the full risk profile.
PSEye has no cash dividend on record for INFRA in roughly the last two years. That is a statement about the corporate actions published on PSE Edge over that window, not a guarantee the company has never paid or will not pay one.
In its latest annual filing (fiscal year ended Dec 31, 2024), INFRA's revenue fell 0.9% versus the prior fiscal year. That's one year-over-year comparison, not a multi-year trend, so check the Balance sheet & income statement panel above for the full figures before drawing a conclusion.
PSEye doesn't rate stocks as good or bad buys. What this page can tell you is factual: where INFRA ranks by market cap (#181 of 282 on the exchange), its price history, valuation ratios, dividend record and recent company disclosures, all shown above. Whether that adds up to a good stock depends on your own criteria, and is worth researching beyond any single page, including this one.
PSEye is a data tracker, not a financial advisor, so it can't tell you whether to invest in INFRA or any other stock. The price, valuation, dividend and disclosure data on this page is meant to help you do your own research. Consider your own goals, risk tolerance and time horizon, and consult a licensed financial advisor before making an investment decision. If you're weighing a fixed, regular investment instead of a single lump sum, PSEye's DCA calculator shows how that strategy would have performed historically.
To buy INFRA shares, open an account with a PSE-accredited stockbroker (most Philippine banks and several standalone brokers offer online trading accounts), fund it, and place a buy order using the ticker symbol INFRA. A completed trade typically settles two trading days later (T+2). PSEye doesn't process trades or recommend a specific broker.
