AgriNurture, Inc. (ANI) was incorporated on February 4, 1997 and started its business operations in the same year as an importer, trader, and fabricator of post-harvest agricultural machineries intended to improve the productivity as well as increase the income of Filipino farmers. Formerly known as Mabuhay 2000 Enterprises, Inc., ANI was the first to bring into the Philippine market the "Mega-Sun" brand of grain dryers and thereafter established itself as one of the more reliable local suppliers and manufacturers of conveyor systems and other rice mill equipment.
ANI eventually diversified into other various agro-commercial businesses, specifically focusing on the export trading of Philippine carabao mangoes as its main revenue stream. At present, ANI supplies other home-grown fruits such as bananas and pineapples to customers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, the Middle East, and different European regions.
ANI ventured into the importation and trading of rice in the first quarter of 2015 and has since then participated in the rice importation program for the private sector on the National Food Authority.
Currently, the Company conducts its business through operating divisions and wholly-owned or majority-owned subsidiaries. The Philippine operations group is organized into three business units, namely export, local distribution, and retail and franchising. Meanwhile, the foreign operations group is principally engaged in fruits and vegetables trading in Hong Kong and China.

ANI's annualized volatility over the past year is 35.4%, which PSEye classifies as moderate against other PSE-listed stocks. Higher volatility means bigger day-to-day price swings in either direction, not necessarily a worse outcome. See the Analytics panel above for the full risk profile.
PSEye has no cash dividend on record for ANI in roughly the last two years. That is a statement about the corporate actions published on PSE Edge over that window, not a guarantee the company has never paid or will not pay one.
In its latest annual filing (fiscal year ended Dec 31, 2024), ANI's revenue fell 50.1% versus the prior fiscal year. That's one year-over-year comparison, not a multi-year trend, so check the Balance sheet & income statement panel above for the full figures before drawing a conclusion.
PSEye doesn't rate stocks as good or bad buys. What this page can tell you is factual: where ANI ranks by market cap (#254 of 282 on the exchange), its price history, valuation ratios, dividend record and recent company disclosures, all shown above. Whether that adds up to a good stock depends on your own criteria, and is worth researching beyond any single page, including this one.
PSEye is a data tracker, not a financial advisor, so it can't tell you whether to invest in ANI or any other stock. The price, valuation, dividend and disclosure data on this page is meant to help you do your own research. Consider your own goals, risk tolerance and time horizon, and consult a licensed financial advisor before making an investment decision. If you're weighing a fixed, regular investment instead of a single lump sum, PSEye's DCA calculator shows how that strategy would have performed historically.
To buy ANI shares, open an account with a PSE-accredited stockbroker (most Philippine banks and several standalone brokers offer online trading accounts), fund it, and place a buy order using the ticker symbol ANI. A completed trade typically settles two trading days later (T+2). PSEye doesn't process trades or recommend a specific broker.
